Circus skills

Young people in Partridge Green, Washington and Wisborough Green have all enjoyed having a go at some tricky circus skills. The sunny weather meant that we could get out our outdoor activity equipment. Hooray! As well as the usual football and quick cricket, Juggling, diabolo and unicycle were also amongst the challenges. To their credit many taking part persevered and the young man above was able to uni-cycle his way across the car park by the end of the evening having started off a complete novice!
Rox my Sox

I love how creative teenagers are with our language. ‘Rox my Sox’ gets me every time!
So things on the Purple Bus are picking up as we get well into this new term. We are visiting Washingon, Partridge Green, Wisborough Green and Graffham where young people are as appreciative ever of somewhere to go and something to do. One young person commented ‘its well fun, its the one thing i look forward to every week’ So we must be doing something right!
That was a comment on the Purple Bus Bebo page which is prooving to be a useful way to keep in touch and share photos.
Young people in Washington, Partridge Green and Wisborough Green are visiting the Bus in good numbers and making use of the various activities and resources we have… BUT… young people in Graffham seem to be unable, unaware, or unwilling to visit the Bus. So If you know anyone in Graffham aged 12-19 then please tell then that the Purple Bus will be at the Rec. on THURSDAY nights from 7-9pm!
